I'm renting a very nice single room in elegant building near Tor Vergata University (you can reach it by bus in 10 minutes). The room has a big wardrobe, lcd TV in the room, wifi internet, parquet, balcony. Of course you can use the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, too. The flat has two bathrooms and is to be shared with me (I work as a journalist) and with a young girl who works as a nurse in Tor Vergata Hospital. We offer and ask reliability and cleanness. The price we ask for is 280,00 plus expenses (50 euros per month, even winters). We ask for two months in advance.
