Grip Rippers are the next generation of fat bar training tools! If you squeeze a traditional, flat Fat Bar tool for 10 seconds, you will notice pressure in your thumb, middle and ring finger but not your little or index finger. This means those fingers are not being probably trained and will therefore create a drag on your grip training. The curved shape of the Grip Rippers creates an equal pressure across all your fingers therefore working every part of your hand in unison and ultimately increasing your grip strength.
This product is 6cm wide in the middle and 5.4cm wide at either base. The length is 12.5cm. Using a thicker bar stimulates much more muscle activation in the forearms and upper arms which leads to bigger muscle and strength gains thru the arms and whole upper body.
Grip Rippers will alleviate elbow and other joint and tendonitis problems, as it increases strength in your muscles, makes them work harder and reduces load from the tendons.

Made from a rubber-like military-grade high-density compound - they have a slit on one side to fit around nearly any bar. When first opened you will barely see the slit as good quality fat bars bounce back ability should mean the gap is tiny. If you are purchasing a cheaper version and the picture shows a large gap the grips will not last long!
